Monday to Sunday : 6.00am to 11.00pm
The Irish Car rental desk is located in main arrivals hall at Dublin Airport. Turn right as you come out of the baggage reclaim, walk past all the car rental companies and Irish Car Rentals is the last desk in the car rental line. Irish car rentals is also the franchise for SIXT Rent a Car.
If you wish to return your car to Dublin Airport outside of our office hours this will not be a problem. Please ask our staff the return procedure when you arrive.

Upon arrival at Dublin Airport, turn right after exiting customs. Continue along a straight line past ‘The Upper Crust’ café. Shortly after, turn right and look for the desk with Atlas where your car rental will be processed before being picked up by the bus and brought to our nearby compound in order to collect your car.
Pick up Directions:
On arrival at Dublin Airport and after exiting customs, turn right and continue past the cafe / sandwich bar. Take a right and walk towards the pre-booked car rental desks where a representative from Malone Car Hire Dublin Airport will be waiting for you.
Drop off Directions:
When you arrive at the main Airport Roundabout from the M1, take the first exit and follow signs for Santry. Our office is 1.5 miles towards Santry. When you see the M50 flyover bridge, our office is on the right hand side, just before the bridge.

Dublin Airport is a serviced non depot location.
Airports open daily from 06:00 - 22:30.
All depots are closed:
24th December from 14:00 to 27th December 10:00
31st December from 14:00 to 2nd January 10:00.
Collections:
Pre-booked customers only. Flight number must be advised in advance.
On arrival proceed to County Car Rentals airport desk in the pre-booked car rental section immediately to the right as you emerge from customs. Paperwork will be completed and customer then taken by courtesy shuttle to the County depot at the Clarion Hotel, Dublin Airport.
If the airport desk is unattended, lift the County courtesy free phone on desk for immediate assistance. If you have any difficulty please phone local 01 844 5691.
You will be met at the time shown on your voucher/booking. Please note that in order to be met, your arriving flight or sailing or accommodation details must be supplied at least 48 hours prior to collection.
On collecting your car, please have your voucher (or payment), your driver's license (issued in your country of residence) and your credit card for security imprint (minimum 350 Euro and up to insurance excess). You will complete and sign a Rental Contract. Vehicles will be supplied full of fuel and this is to be pre-paid. Vehicle must not be refilled prior to return as there is no refund. A pre-rental vehicle condition report listing any pre existing damage to the vehicle will be supplied, and renter will be asked to inspect the vehicle condition and sign off the report, which will be used when checking in the vehicle on rental return.
Maps and touring assistance will be provided. Car controls will be demonstrated. Car return instructions will be provided.
Returns:
Available 24 hours per day. Proceed to County Depot at Dublin Airport Clarion Hotel. Park and lock vehicle in designated parking space in the side or rear Hotel Car Park. Leave keys at County Desk in Hotel.County Shuttle or Clarion Hotel Shuttle will bring renter to Airport Terminal. Clarion Hotel Shuttle runs every half hour 24 hours per day. Return vehicle at least 2 ½ hour prior to departure flight time.
On entering Dublin Airport, the Hotel entrance is on right-hand side approx. 100m from the Airport roundabout. Park car in rear car-park. Do not park car in front of hotel as you will incur a parking fine.
